3. Support by Product Type
- Extel Branded Phones & Tablets: Must be brought directly to an Extel branch. As an in-house brand, all hardware repairs and software reflashing are handled internally.
- Other Brands (Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, etc.): If covered under Official Agent Warranty, customers may be directed to the authorized brand service center for major repairs. For store warranty items, the device must be returned to Extel.
- Accessories: For power banks, chargers, or cables, visit the store with your original invoice. Faulty items within the initial purchase period are typically inspected and swapped immediately if confirmed defective.
