• Free Delivery: Orders exceeding AED 200 typically qualify for free delivery within the UAE.
• Standard Charges: For orders below the free threshold, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout.

2. Processing & Timelines

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on the location.
• Same-Day Delivery: This is often available for select areas (like Dubai) if the order is placed before a certain cutoff time (usually 10:00 AM), often for an additional premium fee.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email or SMS is sent containing a tracking number.
• You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the assigned logistics partner.

4. Important Considerations

• Operating Days: Deliveries are typically made from Monday to Saturday. Most couriers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
